However, upon opening the package recently, I noticed that one of the tea bags was already open/torn, unlike the other products which were well sealed. However, this is a product intended for consumption, which inevitably raises questions about the conditions of preparation of the order. The box itself showed no signs of opening, which suggests that the bag was already in this state before shipping.
