I placed an order of about 230 € on February 28 and I want to highlight the speed of delivery: the package arrived very quickly and the logistics service was efficient. However, upon opening the package recently, I noticed that one of the tea bags was already open/torn, unlike the other products which were well sealed. However, this is a product intended for consumption, which inevitably raises questions about the conditions of preparation of the order. The box itself showed no signs of opening, which suggests that the bag was already in this state before shipping. I will contact customer service for explanations and hope for a quick response from them. (Translated review)
