Countries concerned: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta.
